Formación

Location : Full Remote in Spain OR in Turkey

Job Description : Responsibilities

MMs directly contribute to revenue generation in their designated area, impacting overall regional performance. They are responsible for building and optimizing commercial relations with existing long-tail hotels.

MM is responsible for :

  • Implementing the digital supplier model with hotels from their portfolios.
  • Maintaining and growing the share of long-tail suppliers in their portfolios.
  • Converting long-tail suppliers to Core Suppliers.
  • Improving competitiveness through digital approaches.
  • Digital acquisition of new suppliers and recovery of existing long-tail suppliers.
  • Reducing ‘cost to serve’ while improving service levels.
  • Understanding contracting tools and optimizing their use.
  • Improving marketing campaign conversions, including making 50 calls per week to optimize campaigns and increase TTV & bookings.
  • Participating in team follow-ups on revenue and campaign performance to identify improvements.
  • Participating in the digitalization process, providing feedback for improvements.
  • Updating interactions using Salesforce CRM (calls, tasks, opportunities).
  • Managing a portfolio of 500-1500 accounts.
  • Assisting hotels with platform interaction and operational topics for self-service.

Experience

  • At least 3 years managing commercial accounts.
  • At least 1 year in sourcing, operations, or marketing.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or professional degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish.
  • Minimum 3 years in the travel industry.
  • Medium proficiency in Salesforce.
