Location/Division Specific Information: The EMEA Market Intelligence Analyst provides market analytics and intelligence to the EMEA organization to understand regional and country market dynamics, as well as to provide strategic market and competitive insights, lead funding support initiatives, and explore cross-divisional market development opportunities.

A day in the Life:

  • Market Intelligence Reporting: Summarizes data, prepares presentations, and makes recommendations related to the supply chain and packaging plans. Delivers updates on market conditions, opportunities, and threats, highlighting implications for business strategies. Collaborates with management to improve procedures.
  • Funding & Research Grant Tracking: Optimizes EU funding streams through meaningful contacts across countries.
  • Strategic Planning: Sets development and strategic initiatives based on latest market trends.
  • Data Management and Tool Utilization: Manages market intelligence databases, ensures data accuracy, and leverages tools including generative AI for analysis.
  • EMEA Market Intelligence Community: Leads the EMEA Market Intelligence Council to facilitate knowledge exchange and best practices.

Keys to Success:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in market research & competitive intelligence, strategic thinking, analytical skills, proficiency in English (additional languages like German or French are a plus), strong MS Office skills, and ability to use AI tools.
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Proven ability to implement business processes, strong analytical and communication skills, adaptability, regional market understanding, and data visualization proficiency.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Remote position, preferably in Central Eastern Europe or Spain.
