Job Responsibilities
- Define value propositions by consolidating core value dossiers, stakeholder needs, local environment, and brand priorities. Adapt technical data into simple, compelling messages suitable for local stakeholders.
- Participate in defining the P&R strategy at the national level, including designing pricing scenarios and developing or adapting cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
- Contribute to regional and account-level pricing scenarios and agreements to ensure market access.
- Collaborate within brand teams and with cross-functional colleagues to deliver brand objectives, providing training on analysis, tools, evidence, actions, and programs to support and communicate value propositions.
- Generate pharmacoeconomic evidence to demonstrate brand value and support market access processes.
- Monitor environmental changes and competitive situations to anticipate risks and opportunities for market access.
- Prioritize and implement market access activities in collaboration with the Market Access Director.
- Understand stakeholder needs for demonstrating value.
- Liaise with AREA to identify further requirements for value proposition development and contribute strategically to the NNLRP process.
- Provide input to global HEOR regarding the needs of the affiliate in health economics.
- Support medical departments by including local HEOR endpoints in medical studies.
- Lead and support manuscript development.
Qualifications
Skills
- Develop and interpret scientific and pharmacoeconomic data to assess relevance to stakeholders and craft value messages.
- Analyze complex models and scientific data to extract key messages.
- Think strategically to position value stories within brand and affiliate strategies.
- Interface effectively with customers to deliver value messages and gather insights.
- Lead/manage cross-functional projects to develop value propositions.
- Communicate effectively to facilitate information sharing within the brand team.
- Collaborate with market access functions and brand teams to gather and share insights supporting value proposition development.
Experience
- At least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare payer/provider, or academic institutions.
- Preferred: 5 years of specific market access experience.
Knowledge
Understanding of Spanish market mechanics, healthcare policy, funding pathways, payer motivations, pharmacoeconomic principles, cost-containment measures in Spain, and pharmaceutical marketing principles.
