OmniAccess is seeking a Trainee Field Engineer to gain hands-on experience in installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting onboard IT networks, 4G/5G, Starlink satellite communications, and VSAT systems. You will travel across Europe and beyond, learning from senior engineers.

This entry-level role offers a hybrid work model, an initial training path, and opportunities for career growth within a leading maritime connectivity provider.

Formación

• Willingness to learn and participate in training
• Ability for logical thinking and systematic troubleshooting
• Good command of English (written & verbal)
• Client-focused communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant field

Responsabilidades

• Shadow senior engineers during installations
• Assist with basic tool usage and equipment preparation
• Support cable runs and patch work
• Learn documentation process and installation reports
• Follow safety procedures and onboarding instructions
• Build foundational understanding of VSAT and WAN technologies
• Carry out simpler installations independently with remote support as needed
• Contribute to cross-functional activities across PMO, Solutions Architect, Training, Logistics, Sales Engineering, Service Delivery and TSC
