Confidential employer in Palma de Mallorca seeks an experienced Yacht Refit Sales Representative to drive yacht refit and maintenance projects across the Mediterranean. The role is on-site at Muelle Viejo de Palma in Mallorca.

You will acquire and retain national and international clients, manage client relationships throughout the service cycle, and represent the company at industry events, expanding the client network locally and abroad.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial sales and client acquisition.
• Sound knowledge of boats, yachts, and maritime maintenance.
• Very high level of English (fluent spoken and written) to consult international clients.
• Possession of valid driving licences for both car (licence B) and motorcycle, plus own vehicle for local mobility.
• A PER (Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) nautical qualification or higher is valued.

Are you passionate about the marine industry and looking to take your sales career forward in the heart of Palma? We are looking for an experienced Yacht Refit Sales Representative to join an established private marine company based right at Muelle Viejo de Palma in Mallorca. In this role, you will be on-site connecting with yacht owners, captains, and management companies to drive boat refit and maintenance projects forward across the Mediterranean.

Your main responsibilities include

• Acquiring and retaining both national and international clients for yacht refit and maintenance projects.
• Managing client relationships and advising boat owners and representatives throughout the service cycle.
• Representing the company at relevant industry events, boat shows, and networking occasions.
• Expanding the company's client network across the local Mallorca maritime hub and internationally.

Core requirements for the role are

• Proven experience in commercial sales and client acquisition.
• Sound knowledge of boats, yachts, and maritime maintenance.
• Very high level of English (fluent spoken and written) to consult international clients comfortably.
• Possession of valid driving licences for both car (licence B) and motorcycle, along with your own vehicle for local mobility.
• A PER (Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) nautical qualification or higher is valued and considered a strong plus.

This position offers a permanent employment contract (contrato indefinido) with a reliable work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00. The compensation package includes an annual gross base salary of 33,000 EUR plus variable commissions on sales, providing strong earning potential directly linked to your commercial success.
