Our client is part of an investment group that owns over 40 companies, these have a wide range of products including roaming, clearing, interconnect, device management, BSS, OSS, VAS, and more.

The role

The continual evolution of international telecoms drives the need to constantly evolve the awareness, the brand and the value of the company to the global markets. As the Marcoms Manager, you will drive content creation, brand evolution, both customer and internal success stories as well as creating thought leadership articles, website evolution and increase exposure through social channels.

Requirements

  • Strong background in brand growth and elevation
  • Strong background in social media management
  • Experience in growing visibility and interest in companies
  • Ability to listen, digest, and produce content from key stakeholders
  • Focus on increasing engagement rates, inbound interest, and coverage
  • Proven track record of driving brand growth and elevating brand presence across multiple channels
  • Strong social media expertise, with a history of increasing engagement and growing brand visibility
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling content from stakeholder input
  • A data-driven approach to measure and optimize engagement rates and inbound interest
  • Ability to craft and deliver a clear, consistent narrative to enhance brand perception and reach
  • Experience in working collaboratively across teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
