INMOLUX GROUP in Marbella specializes in luxury real estate, development and project management. The Luxury Real Estate Advisor will lead the full sales cycle for high-end properties across Marbella and the Costa del Sol, coordinating with private clients and investors to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will prospect, advise clients, conduct viewings and close deals, while identifying exclusive opportunities and preparing premium listings and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury real estate, high-end residential sales or investment projects.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent communication, professionalism and discretion.
• Fluent Spanish and good English; additional languages are valued.
• Knowledge of the Marbella and Costa del Sol market is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools; HubSpot experience is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and availability for local client meetings and viewings.
