Job summary

Sammy’s Window Services, a premier window cleaning and exterior maintenance brand on the Costa del Sol, seeks a high-performing Sales Director / B2B Specialist to drive Marbella’s commercial growth. You will hunt new business, secure high-value recurring contracts, and lead negotiations with property managers and corporate clients.

Autónomo status in Spain is required, with fluency in English and Spanish; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
• Autónomo status registered in Spain or willing to set it up.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• B2B Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close commercial accounts.
• Pipeline Management: Build and manage a recurring revenue-focused pipeline.
• Strategic Networking: Leverage Marbella real estate, hospitality, and property management networks.
• Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations from outreach to contract signing.
• Growth Leadership: Help shape the commercial strategy for Sammy’s B2B division.
