For our Quality Team, we are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Technician.

You will be responsible for providing Quality support to Manufacturing operations and ensuring compliance with quality standards during operations.

The position is based in Porriño, Spain (located 20min from Vigo).

Under the guidance of your supervisor and after an initial intensive formation, you will perform the following activities:

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure the quality standards during operations, as per the GMP rules.
2. Batch Records, electronic Batch Records and Forms review.
3. Review the correct traceability of materials consumed in the manufacturing process.
4. Perform the equipment release during Change Over between product Campaigns.
5. Perform the final product labeling.
6. Quality support in the shutdown and restart system.
7. Review the assay Forms included as part of a Certificate of Analysis.

Key requirements:

1. Formative cycle in Chemistry, Laboratory or similar. Science Degree is also valuable.
2. Biologics manufacturing processes and GMP knowledge is strongly desired.
3. Availability for rotational mornings/afternoons/nights shifts 24h/365days.
4. Team player and positive attitude.
5. Ability to provide a robust and agile Quality support when a process issue happens.
