You will prepare budgets, timelines, and technical solutions, while overseeing installation, commissioning, and contractor work to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company in a similar role.
• Experience managing engineering projects from start to finish, including technical and installation phases.
• Knowledge of automation equipment implementation.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Define and provide investment and technical support on capital projects.
• Prepare documentation, budgets, plans, and technical solutions.
• Oversee installation and modifications of machines on-site and off-site.
• Supervise external contractors and internal staff; ensure budget adherence.
• Coordinate with teams on technology trials, FMEA, and process troubleshooting.
• Commission technology into operation and evaluate performance after trials.
