Funciones

• Process development and continuous improvement in the plastic manufacturing area.
• Focus on Industry 4.0 and vision systems (AI) in production lines to enhance quality and reduce costs.
• Technical modifications in assembly lines and injection processes.
• Industrialization and ramp-up of new projects/products.
• Technical evaluation of new components for new projects.

Permanent.

Experiencia

At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Engineering areas.

Formación

Industrial or IT Engineering.

Requisitos

• High level of English (German desired).
• Knowledge of vision systems (AI) and assembly processes.
• Knowledge of plastic injection and molding components (desired).
• Ability to work in teams at different levels and lead projects.
• Systematic, goal-oriented, flexible, initiative, and dynamic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
