Formación

  • 3+ years in process development or manufacturing (preferred in Life Sciences).
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in scaling processes from R&D to manufacturing.

We are part of a highly ambitious and global project, collaborating across multiple sites and stages.

  • Drive generation, implementation, qualification and optimization of fabrication processes for the fabrication of complex polymer consumables from prototype through high volume manufacturing with expertise and confidence of DFM.
  • Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for new medical device products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFM principles are applied.
  • Execute V&V protocols and prepare reports under ISO 13485.
  • Conduct PFMEAs and risk assessments for new processes.
  • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams in an agile, startup-like environment.
  • Help build and stabilize processes as part of a growing unit.
Your ideal background
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in process development/manufacturing (Life Sciences or regulated industries preferred).
  • ISO 13485 cleanroom experience (preferred).
  • Experience scaling processes from R&D to manufacturing.
  • Experience in one or more of the following processes is desirable: DRIE on silicon; Wet etching (silicon and glass); Sputtering and evaporation; Soft-lithography; Metrology; Photolithography for mold generation; Electroplating for nickel shims; Machining (e.g., CNC, micro-milling, laser welding); Injection molding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and 2D/3D CAD design tools.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
