Edwards Lifesciences is seeking an HR leader to shape and execute talent strategies across a global manufacturing organization in Spain. You will guide HR programs, partner with executive leadership, and drive workforce planning to support business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading a team, implementing HR initiatives with COEs, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering competitive talent solutions nationwide.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Proven track record in people management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with a global organisation.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR team and function as an expert on people and organizational issues to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Act as strategic thought partner to develop and implement HR strategy for sites/regions.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop HR professionals to ensure strategy is implemented within budgets and compliant with laws.
• Deliver HR programs in collaboration with COEs to meet talent needs.
• Evaluate future workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies to build an engaged, high-performing organization.
