Job summary

Beiersdorf Manufacturing Tres Cantos is seeking a Financial Controller to join our Finance team and support the site's financial performance, combining analysis with business partnering alongside operational teams and international stakeholders. You will contribute to key controlling, reporting and planning processes and gain broad exposure to both the business and the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A or Accounting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly valued.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Monitor costs, budgets and financial KPIs.
• Analyze business performance and explain variances.
• Support product costing and financial reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Operations and other factory functions to provide financial insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost awareness initiatives.
• Work with SAP and other digital tools to support financial processes.
