Nestlé S.A. in Cataluña seeks a Finance Controller to safeguard financial governance of the site. You will drive cost improvements, manage the factory budget and reporting, and partner with the leadership team to deliver accurate forecasts and strategic analyses.

You will lead internal controls, ensure compliance with NAS standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. A background in manufacturing finance and SAP proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling or cost accounting, ideally within manufacturing or food production environments.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control in a factory setting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems SAP and financial reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and drive cost improvement opportunities and track proposed savings.
• Manage factory reporting of actuals and forecasts (Factory Cost Dashboard) ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Strategic financial analysis for major factory decisions to ensure cost transparency.
• Drive business planning and manage the factory budget; liaise with Head Office for planning.
• Ensure internal controls and Segregation of Duties; manage assets and liabilities visibility.
• Oversee routine audits for NAS, Costing Standards, statutory accounting/tax; champion compliance & risk.
• Explain financial figures and organize training sessions for non-specialists.
• Develop and evaluate capital investment plans including post CAPEX reviews.
