Airbus Operations en Getafe (Madrid) está buscando un Ingeniero de Mantenimiento para unirse al equipo de Ingeniería de Mantenimiento. • Experiencia probada en mantenibilidad y ingeniería de mantenimiento.

• Gestión de stakeholders y de proveedores.
• Nivel alto de inglés (escrito y hablado).

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de mantenibilidad y mantenimiento para medios industriales.
• Realizar actividades de ingeniería de mantenimiento: análisis de fallos, estudios de confiabilidad y planificación de mantenimiento preventivo.
• Gestionar relaciones con clientes internos asegurando soporte en paneles, rutinas y colaboración con producción y funciones de soporte.
• Gestionar relaciones con stakeholders externos para asegurar operaciones de mantenimiento fluidas y eficientes.
• Supervisar actividades de gestión de proveedores de servicios de mantenimiento y repuestos.
• Identificar e implementar mejoras en procesos y procedimientos de mantenimiento para optimizar la eficiencia.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento estricto de normas de seguridad y calidad aeronáuticas.

• An opportunity for a *Maintenance Engineer* has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).

  The selected candidate will join the Maintenance Engineering Team. Our department is in charge of ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our Industrial means (robots, machines, jigs and tools).

  The team is multidisciplinary and highly collaborative, working in direct contact with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers to tackle key challenges in reliability, process optimization, and preventative planning.

  *RESPONSIBILITIES* The main tasks of the jobholder will be : * *Develop and implement* maintainability and maintenance strategies for Industrial means.

  * *Conduct maintenance engineering activities*, including failure analysis, reliability studies, and preventative maintenance planning.

  * *Manage relationships* with internal customers ensuring support in panels, routines and full collaboration with production and support funtions.

  * *Manage relations *with xternal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations.

  * *Oversee supplier management* activities related to maintenance services and parts.

  * *Identify and implement improvements* to maintenance processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.

  * *Ensure strict compliance* with all relevant aerospace safety and quality standards.

  * *Education : * Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering degree, or a related technical discipline.

  * *Experience : * Proven experience in maintainability and maintenance engineering, with a strong understanding of Maintenance Engineering principles and practices.

  * *Soft skills : * Excellent ability to work in teams, foster team spirit, and demonstrated resilience and problem-solving skills.

  * *Languages : * Advanced level / Fluency in English (written and spoken).

  * *Technical knowledge : * Proficiency in Stakeholder Management and Supplier Management.
