Nextpower is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Steel Products in Madrid, responsible for driving engineering processes and ensuring manufacturability of designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing readiness.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly in steel and renewable energy sectors. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and Lean Manufacturing.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering or industrialization.
• 5+ years experience in design for manufacturing and steel manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading supplier-facing engineering activities.

Responsabilidades

• Drive concurrent engineering processes for manufacturing feasibility.
• Lead technical value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Conduct supplier factory readiness audits and validate manufacturing readiness.
