In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of five years of managerial experience.
• Knowledgeable in using Oracle; preferred but not required.
• Has a strong manufacturing background.
• Good presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Manage the manufacturing process.
• Provide support and guidance to department personnel to maintain high standards of work and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Review departmental goals and report on projects, progress, activities, and issues.
• Clarify quality standards to your team.
• Analyze non-conformities impacting internal PPM or clients.
• Coordinate internal and external quality audits.
• Maintain clear communication with General and Corporate Management to align departmental activities with business plans.
• Maintain performance standards, supervise results, and keep management informed of challenges and opportunities.
• Participate in developing the company's annual budget.
• Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring proper use of safety equipment.
• Supervise departmental activities, coordinate projects, and manage costs and timelines.
• Respond to employee reports or complaints.
• Ensure personnel use personal protective equipment and comply with legal requirements.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Report unsatisfactory employee performance to Human Resources and initiate improvement processes.
• Account for all direct subordinates during emergencies and report absences to the evacuation brigade.
