Littelfuse in Campo, Aragón, Spain, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop and optimize high‑volume production processes. You will drive time studies, bottleneck analyses and Lean initiatives to boost throughput and reduce waste.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, with exposure to stamping/metalworking and automation. Strong collaboration and problem‑solving are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with time studies, capacity planning, and process optimization.
• Background in automation integration and robotics is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and support manufacturing processes to ensure stable, efficient production.
• Lead Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and cost.
• Support NPI, product transfers, and manufacturing validations.
• Analyze capacity needs and support expansion projects and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and safety.
