MANUFACTURING ENGINEER LARGE RADIAL STRUCTURES (F / M / X)

Job Location :

Objective and Expected Outcome: We are seeking professionals to join our manufacturing process engineering team for aerospace components, focusing on developing and improving manufacturing processes for large radial structures.

Main Responsibilities :

• Define manufacturing processes for new components, including generating manufacturing routes, creating solid models, instructions, and work guides.
• Identify and implement improvements to industrialize products, reducing time, costs, and non-quality costs.
• Support production and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Implement new technologies and planned enhancements to increase competitiveness.
• Identify process control variables to ensure sustainability of product quality.

Candidate Profile :

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing processes, especially welded assemblies.
• Skills: Interpretation of drawings, 3D modeling (preferably Siemens NX), statistical analysis, and language skills in Spanish (First Certificate level or equivalent).
• Valued but not essential experience in nickel/titanium machining, welding, dimensional verification, non-destructive testing, and familiarity with Teamcenter and SAP.
• Personal Skills: Teamwork, coordination, communication, autonomy, proactivity, results orientation, adaptability, motivation for continuous improvement, and ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Training Provided :

• Manufacturing processes of static aircraft engine components, materials, and key processes.
• Tools and software for product and process management.
• Process data analysis (SPC, etc.).
• Aircraft parts quality management.
• Ergonomics and safety in processes.
• Lean Manufacturing principles.

Team and Environment :

You will work at ITP Aero's headquarters in Zamudio (Bizkaia), collaborating with experienced professionals across various disciplines, including process engineering, CNC programming, inspection, and quality assurance. The team is young, multidisciplinary, and engaged in long-term projects for civil and industrial aviation.
