Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, mainly in high-complexity machining processes.
• Good command of Spanish (at least B2).
• Knowledge of machining processes of steels, preferably nickel alloys.

We are looking for professionals to expand our team of manufacturing process engineering for aerospace components

You will join a young and multidisciplinary team on important long-term projects for the civil and defense aviation industry.

Your main responsibilities will include, among others :

Defining manufacturing processes for new components, generating manufacturing routes and solid models of the different phases of the process, as well as work instructions and guides for their execution.

• Identifying and implementing necessary improvements to industrialize the product and achieve reductions in time, product cost, and non-quality costs.
• Supporting production and continuous process improvement.

What profile are we looking for?

• Education : Bachelor´s in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar. A Master's degree will be valued.
• Required experience : At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes, mainly in high-complexity machining processes.
• Necessary knowledge :
• Machining processes of steels, preferably nickel alloys
• 3D modeling and drafting, preferably with Siemens NX
• Languages : Good Spanish command, at least demonstrated B2 .
• Experience valued but not required :
• Machining of nickel alloys
• CNC machining programming
• Management software : Teamcenter, SAP
• Personal Skills :

What training will you receive to carry out the work?

We will train you in :

• Manufacturing processes of static components of aircraft engines under the responsibility of the Structures Engineering area, their function, materials, and key processes.
• Tools and software for product and process management.
• Process data analysis tools (SPC, Minitab, and others).
• Quality management of aerospace parts.
