For engineering services in the manufacturing area.

The Technical Part:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and two (2) years of exposure in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
2. Bilingual (English & Spanish).
3. Project Management skills.
4. Shift: Second (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM) and according to business needs.
5. Experience in:

• Change Management
• Execution of EQPs
• Redaction of Quality Protocols and Investigations
• Manufacturing environment
• Root Cause Analysis and Troubleshooting
• FDA, GMP, and ISO guidelines
• Statistical Techniques

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL:

(The day-to-day on the job)

1. Daily support to manufacturing activities to meet established goals and KPI metrics.
2. Accountable for the equipment maintenance, setups & troubleshooting.
3. Accountable to update and maintain manufacturing process to current practices and accountable for continuous improvement projects and financial analysis.
4. Responsible for equipment and process qualifications and approval.
5. Support or lead product introduction activities from planning to implementation phase.
6. Responsible to provide necessary information to maintain appropriate spare parts inventory.
7. Reviews and monitors results of non-conforming product to identify causes, implements controls to eliminate causes, and assesses the success of the controls.
8. Ensure compliance with all Abbott procedures and all applicable regulatory agency requirements.
9. Inspection and evaluation of finished products to ensure they meet established quality specifications and standards.
10. Supervision and control of production processes to ensure they are carried out according to quality standards.
11. Conduct process equipment installation / operational / performance qualification studies to test their functionality.
12. Support the evaluation of Change Controls and Validation life cycle.
