Job Title: Luxury Hotel Concierge

Join the team at the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Barcelona, located in a historic mansion on Passeig de Gracia. We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to enhance our guests' experience in this luxury setting.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist guests with reservations, transportation, and personalized recommendations to ensure a memorable stay.
2. Provide information about local attractions, including Gaudi's Casa Batllo and other cultural sites.
3. Coordinate with hotel services, including the restaurant Moments and Banker’s Bar, to meet guest needs.
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Barcelona’s attractions and luxury service standards.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or concierge role is preferred.
