Responsibilities :

• Analyze customer needs, recommend suitable ingredients, and provide technical guidance aligning with application and commercial goals.
• Lead and contribute to technical customer projects, delivering innovative, commercially viable solutions.
• Manage product trials at customer sites, optimize formulations, evaluate performance, and analyze data for insights.
• Coordinate technical discussions among customers, account managers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Provide technical training to customers and sales teams.
• Identify market and customer trends, propose innovations, and support the launch and adoption of new products.

Candidate Profile :

• Deep expertise in Spanish cheese varieties, especially Manchego, with practical processing experience and a BSc / MSc in Food Technology or related field, 5-10 years in dairy or microbiology.
• Fluent in Spanish, professional English, good Portuguese, and preferably additional Southern European languages.
• Strong understanding of flavors, ingredients, and their functionalities in food matrices.
• Proactive problem solver, capable of running trials and analyzing data effectively.
• Confident in engaging with customers and partners, with a proactive approach to business opportunities.
• Customer-focused, committed to technical excellence, internal communication, and willing to travel within Europe (50-60%).
