An international consulting and investment firm based in Spain is seeking a Manager/Sr Manager for their Strategy Consulting team. This role involves leading international teams on strategy projects, with a strong emphasis on communication and leadership skills. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in management consulting and fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous. Opportunities for travel are involved, with no short/long-term relocation required.

Following the expansion of our activities, Axon's Strategy Consulting team is looking for a Manager / Sr Manager.

The Strategy Consulting division of Axon Partners Group offers first class specialist Management & Strategy Consulting services in the ICT sector to a wide range of clients, including technology companies, telecommunications operators, regulatory authorities and government bodies.

Responsibilities

• Leading international teams of consultants to execute strategy consulting projects.
• Direct contact with the heads of international institutions and leading global companies.
• Communicating the outcomes of the project to both internal and external clients through written, graphical and oral presentations.
• Participating in Axon's decision making.

Qualifications

• 4 years professional experience in Management / Strategy Consulting.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and writing).
• High team leadership skills.
• Empathy and ability to be integrated in multicultural teams.
• Numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced in English (C1-C2).
• If you speak other languages e.g. : Spanish or Arabic, that would be considered an advantage.
