A leading company in the production of Essential Oils seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks, schedules, and enhance operational efficiency. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and proficiency in English and French, along with relevant experience. Ventós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain. The group has 9 subsidiaries around the world.

Currently we need to reinforce our team by incorporating an Executive Assistant.

Your Role

  • Provide direct assistance to the Managing Director in daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Support in preparing reports and presentations
  • Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as required
  • Manage purchasing, import documentation, samples and incidents with suppliers
  • Update internal databases with order details

Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous and recent experience (at least 2 years) in functions related
  • Training in international trade or other relevant fields
  • Languages : High level of English and French desirable
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
