Currently, we are looking to reinforce our team by hiring an Executive Assistant.

Your Role
  1. Provide direct assistance to the Managing Director in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  2. Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  3. Support in preparing reports and presentations.
  4. Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as required.
  5. Manage purchasing, import documentation, samples, and incidents with suppliers.
  6. Update internal databases with order details.
Your Skills and Experience
  1. At least 2 years of recent experience in related functions.
  2. Training in international trade or relevant fields.
  3. High level of English; French language skills are desirable.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
