Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Manager, Real Estate (Remote) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing budgets, streamlining communication, and ensuring successful delivery of property initiatives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience with financial tools and reporting.

Qualifications
  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate projects.
  • Budget & Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule Management: Establish project timelines, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of all phases.
  • Team Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, construction, management) and external partners (architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities).
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates to leadership on the project status, challenges, and successes. Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Service Fusion, Buildium).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accountability and follow-through.
