We are now looking for a Procurement Manager Governance & Planning IM&S (Indirect Materials & Services) for our Procurement Function. In this role, you will be supporting the development and deployment of the IM&S strategy through collaboration with the leadership team and Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) community to set global targets and capability projects.

Main Accountabilities:

• Lead activities to orchestrate global strategy implementation, monitor key performance indicators, and coordinate mitigation plans across functions in alignment with global Operations strategy.
• Contribute to the strategic design and development of the Procurement Governance Model.
• Lead and enable PBO (Project Based Organisation) leadership, allowing for clear targets, time-frames and communications channels.
• Coordinate global harmonization across IM&S Procurement while ensuring alignment with S&PD guiding principles.
• Deliver communications excellence across IM&S to senior leadership, and project, regional and category leaders to achieve consensus and compliance with governance & planning standards.
• Consolidate Budget input from Regions and Categories, control the quarterly IM&S Procurement Function Cost-to-Serve, T&E and HC data, including promotions and position evaluations.
• Utilise data and digitalisation to deliver a highly consumer-centric service to partners across Procurement on every topic – from sustainability to customer satisfaction surveys, and from driving process efficiencies to ensuring utilisation of the latest digital tools and processes.

What we’re looking for –

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics, MBA degree or equivalent is a plus. Diploma from a recognized Procurement Institute is also an asset.
• 4+ years’ experience in procurement strategy leadership roles, creating and deploying global strategy alongside senior stakeholders.
• 10+ years of total experience within procurement, ideally within large multinational organisations.
• Proficiency in strategy creation, metric definition, risk management, spend analysis, market intelligence, cost modelling, legal compliance, and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end procurement and P2P processes, as well as various business functions.
• Familiarity with digital procurement applications and driving their implementation.
• Excellence and confidence in communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and propose improvements.
• Demonstrable project management and budgeting abilities.
