Tasks

1. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Tech budget strategy and process to enhance planning quality and increase efficiency.
2. Guide the Tech organization to reach budget targets (value streams, platforms, and countries).
3. Own budget process responsibility and provide the Tech Leadership with consolidated results, supporting software capitalization matters.
4. Lead optimization projects to improve Tech financial and administrative processes, enhancing quality and efficiency.
5. Ensure efficient usage of MMS Technology Licences, controlling and steering related budgets.
6. Act as a contact person within and outside MMS Technology for financial divisions (e.g., Technology & Portfolio Controlling).
7. Prepare meetings, communication, documentation, and structure and track tasks.

Your Profile

1. Relevant experience in project/portfolio management and/or software development, with knowledge of financial processes and planning procedures.
2. Project management skills and result-oriented mindset.
3. Self-initiative and a structured working approach.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Understanding of budget and financial processes.
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
