For our Bussmann Division, we are looking for a Business Development Manager. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all sales activities related to Bussmann products, electrical fuses, in Spain, France, and Portugal.

What you’ll do:
  1. Responsible for business development activities in the region for Bussmann Products.
  2. Market knowledge including competitor's commercial and technical competence, customer knowledge and requirements, market and customer mapping.
  3. Full knowledge of Eaton product under responsibility.
  4. Support sales teams leveraging expertise and knowledge of the product portfolio under responsibility for securing synergy with the full Eaton portfolio.
  5. Define strategy and segments approach according to the Eaton Go-To-Market and country plans.
  6. Be the link between business unit and sales organization for product requirements, development, production, and stock planning.
  7. Provide specialist and technical support for customers including training and seminars, product launch activity, new product introduction.
  8. Build a solid sales and marketing plan for the single countries to overachieve targets.
  9. Responsible for selling activity of Bussmann products in region and assigned countries.
  10. Meet country/region profit plan targets.
  11. Direct selling responsibility includes pipeline management, demand management, contracts and RFQs, and pricing strategy.
  12. Might be responsible and sales owner for major accounts in the country/region.
  13. Define country tactics and actions together with local FPM and marketing for securing proper communication plans and customer information.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering; or equivalent in proven working experience.
  2. 5-6 years in a similar position in sales/product marketing.
Skills:
  1. Local Market Knowledge.
  2. Technical Understanding of Electrical Equipment such as Fuses, Electromechanical switchgear, Power Supplies, Power conversion supplies, Low Voltage & High Voltage Systems.
