We’re looking for an experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in NLP and LLMs to lead the design, collection, and curation of high-quality datasets. You will have a central role in shaping the performance of language models through training data that is diverse, scalable, and aligned with our clients product vision.

As a Manager, you will:

• Lead an international team of engineers building cutting-edge AI and quantum solutions for high-impact, real-world applications.
• Drive the technical direction of complex projects - from architecture to delivery - ensuring sound approaches and robust technologies.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables; manage resources; and identify risks with actionable mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain clear documentation and regular project updates for stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring and motivating diverse professionals toward shared goals.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Contribute to our long-term tech and product strategy, offering deep technical insights and client-focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related fields.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data science, or a similar technical field.
• At least 1 year of proven success managing engineering teams or technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies - especially NLP, LLMs, and generative AI techniques such as fine-tuning, pruning, RAG systems, or transfer learning.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, and Git.
• Experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows.
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and best engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational mindset and a sharp eye for quality and detail.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
