As a Curriculum Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and designing innovative educational programs that blend academic rigor with local culture and context. You will work closely with a team of curriculum designers to create engaging, adaptable, and place-based learning experiences across all age groups and locations. Accountabilities:

• Lead the creation, review, and improvement of curriculum for multiple educational stages across all locations.
• Design and implement summer programs that align with the company’s educational philosophy and meet the specific needs of students.

• Manage the alignment of assessment practices with educational goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and student progression.
• Oversee relationships with third-party academic providers to ensure smooth integration and ongoing development.
• Lead training programs for education staff, ensuring high-quality implementation across all locations and maintaining professional development standards.
• Mentor and manage a team of curriculum designers, establishing clear goals and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Engage with families to gather feedback, ensuring curriculum evolution in response to their needs.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in education management, with a focus on curriculum development and place-based education.
• Strong experience scaling educational programs in global, multi-location environments.
