The role

We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our growing team, helping us to continue to build strong client relationships and enhance our excellent customer service as we expand across Europe.

What you’ll be doing

Your main focus will be on troubleshooting and problem solving in order to provide excellent customer support. Additionally, you will be supporting the sales teams to improve customer retention and upsell our product, where appropriate, to existing customers.

You’ll be joining a small team at a fast growing company, presenting plenty of opportunities to be adaptable and apply a broad range of skills to a variety of tasks. As we discover more about different types of customers and expand into new markets, you’ll learn quickly and have the opportunity to shape your role as it evolves.

Your responsibilities

  • Building relationships with clients, helping them to get the most out of our product.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving to identify the root cause of client issues and provide helpful, creative solutions.
  • Computer and phone-based customer support.
  • Onboarding new clientsonto our platform.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and upselling.

Your experience

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree from university (or higher).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English

Nice to have

  • Experience working for a B2B software product.

What you’ll get

  • An annual salary of between €35,000 - €40,000
  • 23 holiday days per year, in addition to Spanish public holidays.
  • Laptop (+ accessories for working remotely).
