The role

We are looking for a versatile and motivated individual to join our growing team, helping us build strong client relationships and enhance our customer service as we expand across Europe.

What you’ll be doing

Your main focus will be troubleshooting and problem solving to provide excellent customer support. Additionally, you will support the sales team to improve customer retention and upsell our product where appropriate.

You’ll join a small, fast-growing company, offering opportunities to be adaptable and apply a broad range of skills across various tasks. As we learn more about different customers and expand into new markets, you’ll have the chance to shape your role as it evolves.

Your responsibilities
  • Building relationships with clients, helping them maximize our product’s benefits.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving client issues with creative solutions.
  • Providing customer support via computer and phone.
  • Onboarding new clients onto our platform.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and upselling.
Your experience
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
Nice to have
  • Experience working for a B2B software product.
