We are a fast-growing booking software provider, helping barbers and beauty professionals save time to focus on their craft. The role: We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to join our growing team, strengthening client relationships and enhancing our customer service as we expand across Europe.

What you’ll be doing: Your main focus will be troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to deliver outstanding support. You will also assist the sales team in improving customer retention and upselling our product where appropriate. As part of a small, fast-growing company, you will have opportunities to be adaptable and develop a broad range of skills, shaping your role as we explore new markets and customer types.

Your responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with clients to maximize their use of our product.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify root causes and provide creative solutions.
  • Providing computer and phone-based customer support.
  • Onboarding new clients onto our platform.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and upselling.

Your experience:

  • Essential: Experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, a bachelor’s degree or higher, fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Nice to have: Experience with B2B software products, some sales or account management experience.

Your personality: You enjoy building relationships and helping others succeed. You are highly reliable, detail-oriented, independent, proactive, and excel at problem-solving.

What you’ll get: An annual salary of €35,000 - €40,000, 23 holiday days plus Spanish public holidays, and a laptop with accessories for remote work.
