An established industry player is seeking a marketing professional to enhance brand efficiency and compliance. Ensures adherence to enterprise strategy and brand, legal, and corporate compliance guidelines.
Identifies ways to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness within all marketing and advertising channels.
Serves as resource and advisor for marketing and communication issues.
Contributes to effective team management of all relevant problems, issues, and opportunities.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, communications, journalism, English, marketing or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Normally requires a minimum of 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences industry.
Demonstrated success executing marketing initiatives which may include launching new products and services, integrating brands, supporting industry events, and guiding advertising campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms with sales, customers and management.
Demonstrated success in group speaking and presentations.
Well organized with demonstrated success in planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships and provide customer service to internal staff.
Strong project management and prioritization skills.
Ability to multi-task and integrate cross-functional teams and each of their department needs.
Ability to lead without authority.
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Teams, SmartSheet). Graphics knowledge helpful.
This position is either office flexible or fully remote depending on proximity to a Cencora office and leadership discretion.
