We are looking for an experienced and innovative Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Your role will involve designing, collecting, and curating high-quality datasets to enhance our language models.

As a manager, you will:

1. Lead an international team of engineers to develop solutions for industry challenges for top-tier clients.
2. Define the technical direction of complex projects, ensuring quality and technological appropriateness.
3. Manage projects from initiation to completion, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
4. Develop project plans with timelines, resources, and risk assessments.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
6. Motivate and guide a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment.
7. Monitor project performance and ensure high-quality delivery.
8. Maintain documentation, report project status, and evaluate effectiveness.
9. Communicate clearly with stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
10. Coordinate cross-project initiatives and contribute to business solutions development.
11. Provide insights for tech strategy and client engagement.

Required Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
2. At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, data science, or relevant engineering domains.
3. Minimum 1 year of successful project management experience in a tech environment.
4. Strong understanding of AI, including machine learning, NLP, or computer vision, and mathematical optimization.
5. Experience with LLMs and Generative AI techniques such as fine-tuning, pruning, RAG systems, transfer learning.
6. Proficiency in Python, Docker, and Git.
7. Experience with GitHub/GitLab workflows.
8. Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
9. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
11. Fluent in English and Spanish.

2. Experience with quantum computing and Tensor Networks libraries.
