Dils Lucas Fox in Barcelona seeks a Senior Analyst to support office leasing mandates, delivering market intelligence, financial analysis, client advisory and transaction support across the leasing process.

The role combines analytical capabilities with commercial exposure, working with senior brokers and directors while progressively taking ownership of client relationships, marketing initiatives and transaction execution.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or similar.
• Master's degree in Real Estate or Finance is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in Office Leasing, Commercial Agency or Office Advisory.
• Experience in a local or international real estate consultancy is highly valued.
• Proven exposure to office leasing transactions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing financial models and market analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support the management and execution of office leasing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Conduct market research and analyse market trends, rental levels and leasing opportunities.
• Prepare market reports, financial analyses, client presentations and leasing proposals.
• Advise clients on leasing strategies, market conditions and commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate property viewings, due diligence processes and transaction documentation.
• Support negotiations between landlords and occupiers throughout the leasing process.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, occupiers, investors and other market participants.
• Contribute to business development activities, client pitches and the identification of new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and market information within the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Capital Markets, Valuation, Workplace, Project Management and Research.

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst will support the execution of office leasing mandates, providing market intelligence, financial analysis, client advisory and transaction support throughout the entire leasing process. This role combines analytical capabilities with commercial exposure, working closely with senior brokers and directors while progressively taking ownership of client relationships, marketing initiatives and transaction execution.

The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded and passionate about the office real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and execution of office leasing transactions from instruction to completion.
