Our IT team plays a crucial role in aligning technology with business strategies to drive digital transformation and efficiency across the organization. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Manager IT Business Partners to lead our IT business alignment initiatives and project portfolio.

Your Role

As the Manager IT Business Partners , you will be responsible for ensuring that IT services align with Domo’s strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, oversee a team of IT Business Partners, and ensure that IT projects deliver innovative, value-driven solutions. Additionally, you will work in coordination with the ICT Project Management Office (PMO) to manage and optimize the IT project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Business Partner team to foster strong relationships with business units and ensure alignment between technology and organizational objectives.
• Oversee the IT program & project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and resource availability.
• Align with the PMO to establish standardized processes for project planning, execution, and risk management.
• Implement IT governance frameworks for consistent project tracking, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Drive strategic leadership between Domo’s Business Process Owners (BPOs) and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Develop and implement a demand management methodology to capture and prioritize IT solutions before transitioning to IT Delivery teams.
• Optimize resource allocation across IT projects to maximize efficiency and ensure proper skill utilization.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and issues within the project portfolio and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor IT budget for projects, ensuring financial discipline and alignment with business priorities.
• Track post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : Minimum 15 years in IT, with at least 5 years in IT business relationship management .
• Leadership : Proven track record of leading and managing teams (without authority), including IT business partners and project managers.
• IT & Business Strategy : Strong experience in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Project Management : Expertise in IT project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and governance frameworks.
• Financial Acumen : Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Problem-Solving : Analytical mindset with strong risk mitigation skills.
• Communication & Influence : Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Change Management : Experience in driving and managing IT and business transformation initiatives.
• Languages : Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
