Currently, we seek to enhance our Strategy & Innovation team in Madrid through the addition of a Manager to participate and lead projects at both national and international levels.

Your responsibilities:

• Play a key role in projects, leading day-to-day execution while supporting and developing individual team members, taking overall responsibility for project execution and end products.
• Contribute to analysis, design, and implementation of actionable, tailor-made solutions for clients, working closely with them to ensure positive impact and sustainable results, guided by our leadership team.
• Become a true leader by inspiring others. Work collaboratively within a team but also autonomously, following strategic directions. Demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, conceptual thinking, and communication skills to ensure project success and team performance.
• Gather and analyze large volumes of diverse information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations for clients with a critical and strategic mindset.

Requirements / Proven Experience:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or economics.
• 5-7 years of experience in consulting firms.
• Managed large, complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
• Participated in or managed digital transformation projects.
• Worked with cross-functional teams including technology and digital specialists.
• Managed multiple client and stakeholder relationships, influencing client agendas.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, high ethical standards, and international experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong leadership presence.

Must Have / Skills:

• Strong analytical skills; experience with Power BI and large data platforms.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Ability to conceptualize and design frameworks, ideas, and solutions tangible for clients.
• Strategic, financial, and business acumen (360º understanding).
• People-oriented mindset; supportive of team members and project objectives.
