Overview
As Manager of our Global Payroll team, you are responsible for staying current on in-depth domestic and international payroll knowledge and for all aspects of managing the payroll process for Rithum. In this role, you interact with other departments within the organization, third-party payroll providers, external auditors, consultants and state & federal agencies to maintain the payroll records for the company. Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with global payroll regulations, including local tax laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you oversee audits and regulatory reporting, ensuring all payroll practices meet legal and compliance standards internationally. This work requires an extremely detail-oriented person with significant knowledge of payroll administration, including state and federal regulations, as well as global payroll compliance frameworks.
