Accenture is seeking a Banking Transformation professional to help clients transform to digital financial services using Temenos solutions. You will define end-to-end offerings and shape integration approaches across complex client ecosystems.

The role covers requirements, design, testing and deployment in E2E projects, with focus on deposits, lending, insurance and securities. The ideal candidate has extensive Banking domain experience, strong English communication, and proven ability to lead

Formación

• Years of experience within the Banking Industry.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos banking solutions (T24, Transact, Infinity).
• Exposure to implementation in Financial Services or Banking Industry; PM/delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge in Deposits, Lending, Insurance, Securities or similar.
• Availability for travelling.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills communicating ideas at all levels.
• Ability to conduct workshops with clients and develop solutions.

YOUR ROLE

• You’ll be helping our Banking clients transform to a new generation of digital financial services leveraging your knowledge on the Banking Industry and/or the digital technologies.

• You will help our clients defining innovative end-to-end offerings to support bank transformation journeys and meet their business needs

• You will help to shape the best integration approach with clients existing ecosystem.

• You will participate on E2E project delivery. Managing or executing along all phases: requirements, functional specifications, technical analysis/design, test, and deployment

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Years of experience within the Banking Industry. Understanding of Banking solutions (origination and/or servicing)

• Relevant hands-on experience in Temenos banking solutions (T24, Transact, Infinity) - must have.

• Exposure to implementation in a Financial Services or Banking Industry. Project Management and/or delivery/execution experience.

• Strong functional and/or technical knowledge on functional areas as Deposits, Lending, Insurance, Securities or similar.

• Availability for travelling.

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels.

• Ability to conduct workshops/discussions with the client and develop creative and breakthrough solutions to customer challenges.

• People development and team building skills.

• Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to anticipate, understand and respond to Client needs shaping the behavior in accordance to the situation.

• Collaboration, team orientation and stewardship.

Preferred Skills:

• Insights on key methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the banking industry.

• Interest for new technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration.

• Experience identifying a client’s high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases.

• An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.

• Experience understanding business challenges and explaining how our offerings and services provide value.

• Worked in an onshore - offshore model

• Flexibility to embrace different roles and projects outside main area of expertise.
