Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Host-based systems, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
• Lead and support functional initiatives across Banking domains, including:
  • Loan and credit portfolios
  • International/foreign operations
  • Cards and payments
• Alternatively, contribute to transformation and operational excellence projects within the Insurance sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring successful delivery of industry solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Host technologies (technical background required).
• Strong functional understanding of at least one of the following areas:
  • Banking portfolios
  • International banking operations
  • Card systems and payment processing
  • Insurance processes and products
• Ability to work in complex environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
