Dils Lucas Fox in Madrid is seeking a Manager – Flex Office to develop and grow its Flex Office advisory business, working with landlords, investors and occupiers to define flexible workspace strategies.

In this role you will collaborate with Leasing, Capital Markets and Research teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions, expand market opportunities and strengthen client relationships across Spain's evolving office sector.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Flex Office, Coworking, Office Leasing or Corporate Real Estate.
• Proven experience advising landlords, occupiers or Flex Office operators.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish office market and flexible workspace sector.
• Experience developing commercial strategies and managing complex client relationships.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• High level of autonomy, initiative and business orientation.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of Dils Spain's Flex Office advisory business.
• Advise landlords and investors on Flex Office and Managed Office strategies to maximize asset value.
• Support occupiers in designing flexible workplace solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Develop expansion strategies for Flex Office operators, identifying new market opportunities.
• Advise clients on operating models, management agreements and partnership structures.
• Analyse market trends, supply, demand and competitive positioning within the flexible office sector.
• Prepare business cases, financial analyses and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively contribute to business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, operators and investors.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects together with internal teams including Leasing, Workplace, Capital Markets, Research.
• Represent Dils in industry events and contribute to strengthening the company's market positioning.

Role Overview

The Manager – Flex Office will be responsible for developing and growing Dils Spain's Flex Office business line. The role combines strategic advisory, business development and transactional execution, helping clients define and implement flexible workspace strategies aligned with evolving market needs.

This professional will work closely with the Office Leasing, Capital Markets and Research teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions.
