Position Responsibilities :
- Lead, develop, and motivate high-performance sales and account management teams to :
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through prospecting and strategic sales approaches.
- Develop, maintain, and grow sales pipelines with appropriate qualification ratios.
- Deliver impactful customer presentations articulating the company's value proposition.
- Close sales in complex, long-cycle situations.
- Understand and implement Skillsoft's consultative and solution selling processes.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing conflicts between service offerings positively.
- Operate as a strategic partner and trusted advisor in digital transformation environments.
- Stay informed about evolving technology landscapes and IT workforce trends.
- Collaborate with sales operations and management on regional budgeting, quotas, and market strategies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to advance opportunities and market penetration.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by influencing and working effectively with senior leaders and clients.
- Establish ongoing coaching to maximize team effectiveness, including territory and sales plan execution.
- Manage expenses and broad costs to ensure comprehensive territory coverage.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively interact with corporate management and key industry contacts.
- Experience leading software sales teams is required; key contacts in the corporate training industry are a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to manage expenses in a fast-growth environment.
