Position Responsibilities :
- Lead, develop, and motivate high-performance sales and account management teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Leverage prospecting skills to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and grow sales pipelines with appropriate qualification ratios.
- Deliver impactful customer presentations that articulate the company’s value proposition.
- Close sales in complex, long-cycle situations.
- Understand and apply the Skillsoft Global Knowledge consultative and solution selling process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing conflicts between service offerings effectively.
- Operate as a strategic partner and trusted advisor in digital transformation environments.
- Stay informed about technology trends, the IT landscape, and the workforce.
- Collaborate with sales operations and management on budgeting, quotas, and market strategies.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and support teams to advance opportunities and market penetration.
- Build strong relationships with clients and senior leaders to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Establish ongoing coaching and territory planning to maximize team effectiveness.
- Manage expenses and coverage to optimize territory presence.

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively interact with corporate management and key industry contacts.
- Experience leading software sales teams is required.
