Are you ready to play a key role in building something from the ground up? SailPoint is seeking an experienced and driven Manager of Digital Sales to lead one of our fast-paced, high-impact DSR teams.

Based in Madrid, this hybrid role (with two days per week in our newly expanded Madrid office) will be instrumental in shaping the success of our growing EMEA Digital Sales hub. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role at a Gartner-recognized industry leader while helping to establish and scale our presence in a new regional HQ.

Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, manage, and train a team of up to 12 Digital Sales Representatives.
  2. Provide clear metrics and set productivity, acquisition, conversion, lead follow-up, and achieve quota on the number of opportunities accepted by the field sales team and opportunity pipeline value.
  3. Establish structure, expectations, and accountability.
  4. Motivate the team to meet and exceed learning and performance goals as outlined by management.
  5. Attract and recruit talent that is smart, humble, and hungry.
  6. Create processes and campaigns around driving new qualified leads and demos for the sales team.
  7. Collect, analyze, and report data on team performance, operational metrics, and results.
  8. Generate new ideas and challenge your team and leadership to expand thinking and innovation related to presales and demand generation.
  9. Provide feedback and recommendations on marketing efforts and campaigns.
  10. Evaluate and recommend sales automation tools and software to maximize efficiency.
  11. Provide training on sales strategy, business acumen, product knowledge, competition, objection handling, and market dynamics.
  12. Promote SailPoint's core values of Innovation, Impact, Integrity, and Individuals.
  13. Assess the capabilities, motivators, and aspirations of each team member and develop their career paths.
  14. Create, train on, and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure, and territory management.
  15. Serve as the bridge between Marketing and Sales.
Qualifications
  • Minimum five years of experience as SDR/BDR or inside sales.
  • Two years of SDR/Inside Sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability and desire to coach, develop, and train team members.
  • Experience with complex technology sales and selling business value.
  • Understanding of technological innovations.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French is highly desirable; German and Italian are a plus.
