We want to incorporate a Manager del ERP Corporativo who will lead the management, evolution, and support of corporate ERP solutions and other backoffice systems, with a focus on SAP, in complex and multicorporate environments. Ensure the alignment of the transactional system with the company's processes and strategic objectives, driving functional and technical improvements that add value to the business.

What you will do at PRIM:

• Lead the strategy, evolution, and maintenance of the SAP ERP at the corporate level.
• Manage the internal and external team responsible for SAP (consultants, support, projects).
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within business processes, proposing suitable SAP and other environment solutions.
• Coordinate and supervise SAP implementation, update, and evolution projects, tracking economic and risk management of the projects.
• Be the main interlocutor with key users to ensure functional coverage of the ERP.
• Ensure the quality of service and compliance with SLAs related to SAP and other transactional systems.
• Guarantee compliance with good practices and standards in SAP development, integrations, and security policies.
• Collaborate with other IT and business areas in transversal projects (integrations, SalesForce, BI, etc.).
• Evaluate new SAP functionalities, modules, or solutions that add value to the company.

Requirements:

What you need for your application to be considered:

Academic Formation:

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or related fields.

Experience:

• At least 5 years in technological project management and 3 years of experience in SAP solution management in complex corporate environments.
• Experience leading technical and/or functional SAP teams.
• Participation in SAP implementation, migration, or transformation projects.

Technical Knowledge:

• Solid functional and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Cross-sectional knowledge of key modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HR, among others).
• Valuable experience with integration tools (Mulesoft, PI/PO), analytics (Power BI, SAP BW), and cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of architecture, security, and good SAP maintenance practices.
• Experience in process improvement through technology.
• Demonstrable experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and multinational or multi-provider environments.
