Cornerstone OnDemand Ltd. in Madrid invites an experienced Manager Data Science & GenAI to lead AI-driven transformations for Healthcare & Life Sciences clients.

You will shape analytics strategy, design GenAI use cases, and deliver end-to-end projects with measurable impact. You will collaborate with pharma, biotech, and medtech teams, translate business questions into analytical approaches, oversee workstreams, and present insights to senior executives while advancing innovative GenAI

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or related quantitative field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• 4–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Strong experience developing, deploying, and scaling ML models using Python or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML methodologies, including tree-based methods, Bayesian approaches, and modern GenAI technologies.
• Hands-on experience applying LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or GenAI frameworks to solve business challenges.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data and AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services for data storage, compute, automation, ML, and deployment.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, ETL/ELT processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; explain tech to tech and non-tech audiences.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset; passion for data and AI to solve challenges.
• Experience in consulting is a strong plus.
• Experience in pharma, medtech or consumer health is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Help leading pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare organizations unlock value from data by designing and implementing advanced analytics, AI, and Generative AI solutions.
• Extract, process, and analyze complex structured and unstructured datasets across the life sciences value chain.
• Leverage technical expertise to develop, test, and deploy ML and Generative AI solutions addressing business challenges.
• Combine analytics, ML, and LLMs to generate actionable insights, automate knowledge-intensive processes, and accelerate outcomes for life sciences clients.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and AI use cases; ensure robustness and real-world impact.
• Take ownership of workstreams; collaborate with client stakeholders; communicate findings clearly.
• Present analyses, AI solutions, and strategic recommendations to client teams and senior executives.
• Contribute to development of innovative offerings at the intersection of data science, GenAI, and life sciences.
